We strongly recommend selecting a date at the start of the month or new fiscal year. If you opt to purge the system of test transactions, no users will be allowed in the system while we are performing the import.
Do you want existing Companies and Contacts purged before data is imported?
Yes, purge all companies and contacts except Walk-In
No, leave existing companies and contact during import. If a match is found in the source data, do not update existing company / contact.
